The Last Of Us Part 1 has updated visuals, character models, lighting effects, and real-time cinematics compared to the original remastered version.

Pretty much this, but they also did a retcon to tie it in more with Part II. I feel like this remake was made to pair with Part II in terms of graphical fidelity and so PC/PS5 players can get the best quality version. Can't wait for the remake of this remake in about 4 years when Part III comes out.
