If you have windows operating system, make a new windows offline account, you can make it whether as an admin or normal User. then install steam there and create a new steam account with new email address, once you done that, and then do the same thing to the family library sharing authorization in steam settings family section.
After that click on Steam the word upper left of your steam and click on change account, then add your steam account to it that have owned games, after that switch to the new created steam account and go check any game you already own in your steam account if it shown as Play in your new created steam account that's good, if doesn't show, you need to restart steam entirely or the device/pc better in that case. and login to the new windows profile account again you recently created and reopen steam. and check if that game shows as play. if it does, then all games you own will be played in the new created steam account with new save data and new progress. make sure to sign out of the steam account you own that you have games on, don't worry, they still can play the games even when you are signed out of steam in that newly created windows profile as long as it is the same device/pc and the same internet network. and you don't have to install the game in 2 copies and also will have their own game achievements to unlock. . Enjoy :)
