I found a solution for my case. You won't be happy :(
Diagnose shows that my RAM's kit with XMP profile at 7200 MHz caused errors.
It is because CPU chip with 13th gen support up to 5600 MHz and above it this may not work as we want. So I lowered speed of kits to 6800 MHz and after some test in PRIME95 it looks stable. No errors etc. While on this 7200 MHz I had crash instantly in PRIME95 :D
Give it a shot and try PRIME95 stability test with "LARGE FFTS" test.
If only crashed 2 times on Bus Depot where there is extreme waterflow very demanding area where fps drops down to 50 fps or 100 fps with AFMF enabled and i only crashed while i was recording in that area after like 9 minutes might be AMD fault rather then Naughty Dog maybe, altho that area is super demanding

I am now using the 555.85 driver but I have also tried several previous drivers.
I've also tried just about any other solution imaginable. I haven't found a solution yet. Anyone who can help would be grateful.
