I collected all the notes and artifacts in the main game and DLC, but the achievement did not count... Can someone help me with it please?

Check the chapters. and sub-chapters section.
They will tell you which section it thinks you missed.
And you can re-run that specific bit.

Except for the two missed dialogues, I have collected everything

That's weird.
After finishing the collectibles in the main game, I was confused for a moment why I did not get the achievement.
Then I realized that there are artifacts in Left Behind too.

So did a pure chapter playthrough there too to collect the remaining stuff and got the achievement immediately after picking up the last missing artifact.

@Nomak did you ever figure this out? I'm stuck at 96/97 as well, with the chapter select guide for both TLOU and Left Behind saying that I have gotten all the artifacts.

yup
cheating is when you have completed everything, but you have not received an achievement

If you missed 1 note or artifact. Of course you wont get the achievement.

Also, for those having an issue. There is someone else that has a fix, but you may not like it.

I haven't tried the option to disable cloud sync, maybe it would have worked

I had this problem--Steam said I had 96/97 artifacts but chapter select in-game said I had them all. Surprisingly, it turned out that chapter select was the one who was wrong--I was missing the Kitchen Note from the carousel segment of Left Behind. One I grabbed that, the trophy popped.

I have 96/97 artifacts in Steam and in the game all 97 are collected, someone may have dealt with this problem before, how to solve it?
