Hi Guys, are you talking about the part where Joel is underwater and Ellie is floating in the distance? I had hard crash in this section every time (i9 13900/RTX 4090). What fixed it for me was to roll-back Nvidia driver to version 532.03.

I fresh instal the graphic driver again and its fixed, try maybe it will work

Same thing just happened to me as well and I have the latest graphics drivers installed. I cannot find any fix so I hope it gets patched soon as this is the only major issue I have ran into so far.

the june 13 update should have fixed it
otherwise downgrade to 532.03 driver

not sure if anybody is still running into this issue, but all you have to do is not move your mouse, and follow the button prompts. the camera will still get shakey, but the constant moving will stop afterwards.
