Can't set 4k resolution

So i have 2K monitor but i want play with gamestream in a 4k tv. In almost all games i can put the game in 4K and like my stream is in 4K i can play in this resolution without problem.

But my problem with last of us is i get resolution capped in 2K from my display and i can't put in 4K. You know any way force 4k resolution?

Game only runs in Borderless Fullscreen. So you need to enable DSR/VSR on your Nvidia/AMD GPU, set your desktop resolution to 4K and then you'll be able to play in 4K.

This is applicable to any game ever released running in Borderless Fullscreen.
