Bugged sniper rifle scope

Heya,

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered a bug where the sniper rifle scope is bugged and is almost completely blank? I've tried doing a file integrity check with Steam twice and let the game fully compile the shaders from scratch but it has not fixed the problem. I've also tried fully uninstalling my graphics driver with Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode and then reinstalling but that didn't fix it either.

Another thing I've noticed is that Ellie's hair textures look like wet noodles in some scenes.

My specs are
CPU : Intel Core i5-13600KF
RAM: 32GBs DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

The game is installed on an SSD if that makes a difference.
