Might help someone.
Latest Nvidia drivers. Roll back game 2 patches and game runs fine for me . Last two patches don't work for me . granted im running I'm low settings except for character texures but at least it's playable. 16 GB Memory, 3050 Ti ,12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz

That's an odd hardware combination, good cpu but not a lot or RAM and a very low end gpu, were you forced to get that gpu during the shortage?
