I can't even see through my scopes LIKE WHAT CAN I DO?

If your playing with xbox controller you need to aim with the rifle then press the "A" button to toggle into scope view

What do you mean? Don't know how or have some graphical bug?
It's X button on PS5 controller while aiming to look trough the scope.

Like when i scope in, THERE IS A BLACK BLOCK THAT I CANT SEE THROUGH i dont know what to do (i will get a pic today) please idk what to do

Just another bug in this very buggy port. Tbh, issues like this are likely and very likely related to shaders. You gotta try to remove (move to a backup folder) old shader cache and let the game fully compile shaders once again.

But better wait until the next patch coming this week.

what video card you have, what driver version and what version is your game?

invdia rtx 3060 I think, latest drivers i think and the latest vers for game

Like I said on the quoted post, this issue was resolved for me with 1.0.2.0 and hotfix drivers 531.58.

Can you check the exact version of your driver?

Resolution is like in the post, quit to desktop and start again. Only other thing is to delete both game shaders and nvidia shaders and rebuild them.

E is the default zoom in keyboard bind, but can be changed in options, controls, customize controls.
