worked fine by me, but still game takes a lot of CPU Usage and has FPS drops and some other bugs.

Yep pretty much on spot as per the developers requirements.

If he wants 60fps should play at 1080p. 2080 is on par as 6600xt for performance and same vram buffer.

I get better fps on my Radeon 5700XT. Something is wrong with his PC or his version of the game.

probably slower memory and/or older CPU that is underpowered for the 2080 in the rig.

8 core 8 thread is not exactly recommended. it recommends 6 core 12 threads. also you run native 2k. ofc the gpu is pegged. it's output rating is just 77% of the ps5. enabling dlss will lower the internal resolution to a degree the 2080 can handle. you will still be bottleneck by the cpu, but it should increase fps.

stop making 7 minute videos for a text post that would take like 30s to read, you arnt going to become amazing youtuber man by making video tutorials with the 2003 99c walmart mic.

idk what the ♥♥♥♥ your talking about, the 2080 (regular) is 13% faster then the ps5's gpu, it only has less vram, but that just means lowering vram intensive settings, not to mention the super is much faster then the ps5 gpu, the ports unfinished man idk what to tell you.

PS5 has architectural design advantage, being APU with powerhouse RDNA2 iGPU. The GDDR6 memory for CPU and iGPU processes, and memory capacity, allows the PS5 GPU to perform better.
It's the downside to PC hardware, more points of communication, more latency, and you got slower system memory versus video memory. It all makes a difference in the end.
