Indeed, because of this I understand the anger of the OP, but it has no use.
As exclusivity is a bad practice.
It just creates elitism for the people who own exclusive titles, as they get into the position to look down on other people who do not follow this madness.
I mean just look at how the OP reacts.
The elitism about owning this game is finally broken, but instead of praising that move of Sony they get damned.
I bought my PS4 Pro, as of feeling the urge to play HZD simply as of watching the whole story on Youtube and got itchy to play it by myself.
Then I realized, "hey I can buy other titles that are (currently) console exclusives."
And I had a blast with The Last of Us remaster.
But I never would look down on anyone who doesn't either buy a console just for some specific titles or even demand that others buy a console.
Well that's that...
Even though I had a lot of fun while it lasted, all my 3 consoles are full of dust. As I played the games to the fullest on them.
Buying the games again on PC is firstly for supporting the developers / publisher for that move and secondly to have them on my favourite platform.
Yet I would either not tell any console players to rather buy a PC.
You play where you prefer to play.
What on Earth do you think you are achieving by coming here to rage at everyone buying the game? At the end of the day they are a business that is supposed to be profit driven.
Horizon was the first game which finally made Sony realise that it was very profitable to sell their games on PC, as well and the inevitable fact that exclusives will always result in a lower player base and the lower the player base is the lower the overall sales are going to be.
If anything you should be welcoming people who are buying the game here since they are helping to support your favourite console manufacturer with every purchase made.
I also played the original Last of Us and the Last of UIs Remake and i could not be happier for this gem come to the Pc space, as such a game should not be locked away behind exclusives,
I never understood the defence on exlusives either way, as that just deprives people from experience games they otherwise would have played and supported.
No company can stand still and be competetive on the market. Sony somehow had to adjust their business model and i hate to say it but we can thank Microsoft for that.
Competetion is important and benefits the consumer.
Either way OP take is just pointless to me. There is zero benefit for games to be locked.
