build folder and .psarc files chilling in Steam installation directory

This may be a very stupid question.

Does anyone else have a build of TLOU chilling in the install location of Steam, and not the game install location? (i.e.: Steam is on my C: drive, but game installs on S: drive)

My OS and key apps drive got saturated and I found a nice 61Gb folder filled with .psarc files. Having uninstalled the game, it's still there.

Does anyone know if it would be detrimental to delete the whole thing?

This is the path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\downloading\1888930\build\pc\main

Did you preload the game for some reason ?

Deleted it and it didn't seem to cause any problems. Just to be sure I re-installed the game and it hasn't appeared again. So probably some update ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or from when I pre-loaded it before launch.
