Turn on Rebar......
I used Nvidia profile inspector to turn on rebar for this game and it helped a lot with stuttering and streaming issues, not saying it will fix everything but the ability to access all the Vram at once instead of CPU calls for chunks at a time seemed to help......at least for me anyway your mileage may vary depending on your rig.

If you're on AMD and have 8 GB VRAM, DISABLE ReBar. ReBar only gains you 1 FPS while using 1-2 GB VRAM more.

Rebar doesn't work on RTX 20xx series, So that's not a fix for those on 20 series unfortunately.
