Why is this game getting bad reviews still?

I mean sure it crashed a couple times day one and the building shaders took forever but i just booted it back up now that it has had a couple patches and it seems to be running just fine now. Granted i only tried it for 10 min and I don't know if it is just me but it does look better than the ps5 imho or maybe it is placebo? the only thing is it wont stay at a solid 60fps in 4k ultra but i expected that with a 7900xt, 16 gb ram and a 3700x. is there another reason why it is getting bad reviews because this is the kind of performance i would expect from any modern game with my specs.

You've only played 10 minutes. Just wait until it has crashed on you 6 times in one hour. Maybe they fixed it by now but it happened to me. The game also uses an unreasonable amount of vram and memory. There's also an issue with high cpu usage. Don't make excuses for this unfinished product that people paid for. Don't forget that this game was delayed and we still got crap.

Nah this isn't true in the least bit. You could definitely run most things with high/ultra settings 1440p with a PC under 1k if you penny pinch you could even do it for under $800 but you'd have to go with used hardware then.

with 1300 euro i have a pc that can run this game 70 fps all max in 2k. Now cry with your 3000 dollars pc at the idea that with that money you could buy yourself something else more useful dumbass.

I think I could likely put together a decent 1080p 60fps machine for that. Get lucky with sales and maybe even 1440. Minus the screen of course.

My review *was* positive until patch 1.2.0 dropped which has caused nothing but CTD's for me, Even after backing up my save files and deleting them and uninstalling the game and redownloading it fresh.

For the time being it's staying negative until a patch comes to fix the issues that were introduced with this patch.
