Yeah it might be perception or I guess some screens also can show content in a more raw way.
Anyway, it's one of the few games I know which looks so garbage regarding motion : it's awful.
honestly it's not and my game is running 100+ fps recording the video
Absolutely zero issues here (same GPU but a bit better CPU).
However I did lock my FPS to 100 (since I am running the screen in 5120x1440 and 100Hz is max with HDR.)
Without HDR I lock the fps to 120 which is the max HZ the Monitor supports.
Zero issues, no micro-stuttering and Gsync cleans up any tiny drops below target...
So I am not sure why your experience is different?
Sometimes when youre looking for something that isnt there your mind convinces you it is when it isnt.
You don't see it, great for you, you can play and enjoy 30 fps games I guess
Also I keep saying fps isn't the issue, it's the jitter while moving cam
