Replaying Chapters, I'm an idiot, joke's on me...haha
I'd never played this game before, completed it, and while playing was very diligent about exploring the whole section thoroughly, trying to get every artifact; took me 30+ hours playtime to complete because I wandered excessively, back-tracked as far as I could to go over everything twice.

At the end, reviewing achievement stats, found I was missing 1 comic, 1 shiv door, handful of Firefly pendants...still missing a fair amount of optional convos and other artifacts, but figured sifting through the chapter details, I could at least pick up the singles I was missing.

So I load up the missing comic chapter at the hotel, find it, then go to my first missing pendant at Bill's, pick it up...but now I'm tired, so quit. Load the game up later, and find that none of the later chapters are visible for replay anymore, only those previous to Bill's, nor are my post-game options. I'm thinking that while I was in the same session as when I completed, I was able to see all the post-game stuff, but as soon as I terminate and start a later session, it no longer remembers that I completed and just puts me into the state of the last chapter I was playing at Bill's. I also figure that the way to probably avoid that was to select New Game+ first, before replaying an earlier chapter, but too late now...LOL

Lesson learned I guessed and just have to carry on, hehe

It's worth noting that if you still have any older save files or autosaves from your last play through where you made it to the end, you can select "load game" and select one of those to get your previous game state back with all the chapters unlocked. The collectables you just picked up in this new playthrough too will also count and your old playthrough will show them as having been picked up if you load it :D

Ah, good point. I should at least have a manual save from the last chapter and could proceed from there to completion, then be a little smarter about how I go backward from now on. Thanks for the tip.

I think you are a bit wrong. The game should create an Auto-save file with capital COMPLETED once you finish the game. So unless you manually delete it, you can always load the save-data state from it. So you did not lost anything - just load the data and choose any other chapter again. :)

Ah ha, even better. I just launched the game, scrolled through saves and sure enough, there is a COMPLETED. I did not notice that before. Thanks.
