They released the 3060 with 12GB and then very quickly didn't like that and started planning 8GB releases. It was bad business practice on nVidia's part and folks should hold nVidia accountable (and likely boycott them until they start making consumer friendly products again).
looks fine to me. frame by frame it moves the background. i think you're just a damn spoiled pc gamer. all 240Hz rendering? can't deal with lower framerates, anymore? you will not get them with this game.
It's still there mind you. But it's something the devs know is a problem and should hopefully be fixed for 1.0.2 coming Friday.
They do GPU benchmarks with top tier CPU and CPU benchmarks with top tier GPU at 1080p. Same as Gamers Nexus. That’s it. Dry, boring numbers.
It's a benchmark for the game, not a graphics card comparison benchmark. LOL
I can't believe you actually said that.
Sorry, I'm not sure what you want to tell me. Who did't say they will deliver anything else? Naughty Dog?
nVidia has dropped the ball pretty hard. Right now, there's more driver issues with nVidia products than AMD. Generally speaking, AMD tends to have more serious issues (requires driver reinstalls or system restarts as a solution). But nVidia is also getting slower and slower at fixing problems. Ongoing known issues continue to remain for several driver versions longer than AMD. Now I'm not trying to upsell AMD here, but I'm just pointing out how complacent nVidia is getting. They don't care about low end, they're selling gimped GPUs at middle tier in the 30 series (low vRAM). They're nerfing vRAM in the 40 series. They're over charging. They're claiming Moore's Law is Dead despite the fact that every other company in the tech industry understands that Moore's Law is not dead.
Yet people have no problem complaining about nVidia but won't do anything about it, cause they seem to keep going back and buying nVidia. The 40 series should be the nail in the coffin to wake most people up. Comparing generational upgrades, going from the 3060 to a 4060 is going to be a loss in hardware, but hey don't worry, you can get all these fancy AI features that do not give you a native game experience.
A benchmark for the game includes lower end CPUs, and the Steam Deck is an important benchmark in 2023.
You can spin it a number of ways, but no matter which way you spin it HUB's video is an amateur fluff piece and is all but useless.
But while we are here there will be more games using a lot of vram with worse than here visuals.
