Windows 10 version 1909 or higher required

So every time i try to open this game it always shows this message. When I went to my settings to check my current version of windows 10 it met the requirements listed. I haven't seen anyone else with this issue. I tried going back to an older version of windows to see if that would help but I am unable to so now I'm kind of just stuck like this.

It has to do with the Steam .exe. Sometimes, after Steam client updates, you find that 'Run in compatibility' is ticked when you access the properties. Untick it and you should be good to go.

I do wonder how you missed all my responses to this very issue :3

If you are certain your Windows 10 build is newer than 1909 (actually the requirements is above 1909), then as suggested above, you have to remove compatibility flag from Steam executable, and the game will boot up, assuming your PC is also meeting the rest of HW requirements.
