6gb is like lowest resultion/settings
and prepare for stalls/stutters/lag. horrible framerate dips

for low end i would say
6 core cpu
8 gb vram gpu

but even with that it will have stalls/stutters/lag. i dont think you will be able to do 60fps with even that

you just need a 6 core cpu. 16 gig ram and a bit of pagefile and a decent gpu to the 6 gig.

the screenshot was taken on a 3060 laptop.

720p with dlss. mostly ultra for everything that doesn't consume vram. all textures on low. environment textures on medium i have not tried the stabilty if i raise the character textures too. gpu is not even half pegged for cooling reasons. you could maybe run it a bit higher res, but if your vram runs out it might crash.

game runs stable 60 but dips down to 40s in some large or crowded scenes. normal limitation of the laptop cpu. new game loading time of 1 minute flat on nvme gen 3. no stuttering, no lag. experience may vary on a different system.

Steam deck runs it at about 30-40 fps with a mix of medium and low settings. Your laptop should be able to achieve that.

i´m running on a 1060 5 gb buy ryzen 7 and 32 gb ram, maybe those compesate because i got 60 fps in some places with high settings and frs in quality, putting on performance is almost 60,

You can't run the game with 8GB of system memory, but 6GB of VRAM with 16GB or 32GB of system, yes.

Currently: Minimum requirement is 8GB VRAM. Average requirement is 10-12GB VRAM. Recommended requirement is 16GB VRAM.

For WQHD I recommend at least 12GB VRAM, and for 4k even 16GB VRAM may be insufficient. If this becomes a trend in upcoming games, the 4070Ti is already obsolete, and the 4080 will soon reach its limits.
