Bug Report - Bill Section

Since I dont know how to directly report bugs I will do it through steam. It's not a major issue but well I thought I might share it.

This bug occurs on the section to push the truck with Bill while Ellie drives it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Let a runner get to the truck window and attack Ellie.
   
2. Kill the runner right before Ellie's HP runs out.
   
3. Now you can't push the truck.

Bonus: If you go further down the road another runner will attack Ellie again but now you're stuck on the view from the car.

Note: no more runners or clickers will spawn if you stay near the truck, only if you go down the road.
