DLSS 3/frame gen and games not having it is kind of Nvidia’s fault for further segmenting the list of reconstruction/upscaling techniques. If developers implement DLSS, they will probably opt for DLSS 2 since more cards in use support it compared to the 40xx series. Yes, they can do both but some of them won’t bother until 40xx series sees wider adoption, which isn’t looking very likely considering how overpriced and what a poor value all of them offer except the 4090 which the vast majority of people can’t afford.

I think its best to wait for the 50 Series and see how the price is handled.
The 4090 might be a good card but its just not worth the price. Paying something between 1500 and 2000 is just overpriced due to poor marketing competition.
A component in your Pc should not cost more than 500 bucks if you ask me, no matter what they tell you.
Its kind of ironic to me that users that payed 2000 bucks for a card in an unhealthy card market (thus supporting it) come here and cry arround about some framedrops that occur every 60 minutes when background loading appears.

I have a RTX 4090 and price performance is better than a RTX 4080. But yeah price is to high. Performance wise i'm very happy, it was a big leap vs RTX 3080 10gb for 4k gaming.

interesting. bad ghosting on the hair. seems it can smooth out and blur framerate. okay. would be nothing for me. i don't like motion blur, makes me sick when i play with it. but the fun part is it does not increase the framerate. in the top right. it's still cpu bound. that and the ghosting are valid points there's no need to implement it, really. also 40 series should be beefy enough to run it normal or plain dlss at decent fps. means if the system is not cpu bottlenecked. fps junkies just gotta suck it up.

lol this is an AMD sponsored game, so officially DLSS3 will never be added due to AMD sponsorship, for the 4000 series users, the only way to increase the frame rate with DLSS3 is through mods, instead of counting on an official update that will never happen.

Didn't you know that this game has already added DLSS2? adding DLSS3 will make this game have no advantage on AMD card, which is the fundamental reason why AMD sponsored games do not add DLSS3.
