Weapon Switching

This game has the most horrid weapon switching U.I. I have ever used. Is there a faster way to switch weapons without resorting to V and the arrow keys?

There are several ways:
- numeric keypad (this acts like the 'dialpad' on your console controller) check numberlock.
- numbers across the top, (1..4 act as direct access to your firearms)
- 'q' key (cycles through the firearms - 1..4)

You can choose the weapons you put in the holsters(once you upgrade them).

Apologies: my Dell G5 does.

Alternatively:

"Option" >> "Controls" >> "Mouse and Keyboard"["Weapon Cross Scroll"]
This indicates your mouse wheel which can be used to cycle through a desired list:
- Items Only [Default]
- Weapons Only
- All Slots

1. You can use the numbers 1..4 to access your weapons.
2. You can use the mousewheel to scroll through the molotov, bricks, bombs, medipak, smoke etc.
