after image blur effect

every time i move my camera there's this weird after image effect and on high settings its blurry how can i turn it off I managed to reduce it before but I can't figure out which setting it was?

It's called motion blur. There's an option to turn it off in the graphics settings and in the display settings.

It's not motion blur that's the first one I tested.

Dang, I don't know what it could be then. Now that I think about it I had an issue similar to what you're describing in Days Gone two times but I just chalked it up as a bug.

i this the problem is in using DLSS or DLAA, try to disable it
