if you're still on a non-avx cpu then that pc needs to go in the dumpster
what pc do you have? They are avaiable in CPUs since 2011, they will not remove them because is a great performance improvement in CPUs with AVX

However, if your CPU does not support it, there is a emulator from intel for it, but the game performance while using that might be very very bad.
You can try it but...do not expect miracles. Its better to upgrade your PC anyway because newer games and new ports will be requiring it anyway in the future.
it's bad but i still trust without avx instruction
Sadly, it that to you to upgrade. You have a really good GPU, is weird that you are sayin that you are poor, but I have no context. Your CPU is really old and holding back your GPU
Any modern CPU will help you, even a Ryzen 3 or Intel i3.
