unable to load agility sdk

I keep getting "unable to load the agility sdk. you may need to update your windows os. please check your windows version for agility sdk support.
my os version is 20h2 windows 10 pro

Which Windows 10 20H2 build ?
For that DirectX 12 Agility SDK is only supported on builds ending .789 for v2004 and 20H2 builds.

os build 19402.620 20h2. so i need to update my windows?

Yup, your Windows is both out of date in general (current build is 22H2 19045.2728) and unsupported by Agility SDK.

If you are unable to receive any more updates from Windows Update service, your current system is in End of Life mode and thus is no longer supported. In which case you'd have to reinstall the operating system from latest ISO from Microsoft.
