system and video memory insufficient for gaming laptops after loading up the last of us part 1

i have a gaming laptop and i have a 2 tb drive and it is giving me errors stating that the game has an insufficient system and video memory and i have no issues with other games other than this one. i would like to play this game but it is not working how can i get this game to work and i would like the developers to answer this one here no rude people please.

System storage is not the same as System Memory (RAM) and Video Memory (VRAM).
On the store page the game requires at the very least 16GB of System Memory (RAM) and 4GB of Video Memory (VRAM). During the initial checkup, the game might have detected that your system doesn't have the required amount of system and video memory and displayed that message. Hope this helps.

yeah you have about 8gb less ram than the minimum, game ain't gonna run on that

i do have the game on my playstation 4 although i wanted to get it on my gaming laptop and upon purchasing the game it did not state that this game would not work well with specific gaming pcs and or laptops that are operating 64-bit and windows 10/11 and high ram

thats the requirments for the game. allways look at the spec's before buying a game and make sure your cpu/gpu and ram are whats required

i am notifying playstation support for troubleshooting feedback to get this game to operate for my laptop in the meantime. i will still hang on to the game for a bit til it get resolved

i have notified naughty dog though they have not given me the minimum specs to match my gaming pc of 8gb ram to operate the game fully. as i have spent money to purchase this game including the with dlc of upgrading to a deluxe edition and i will wait a few more days until i get this patch to work with my pc if it is still not going to be resolved i will have to request a full refund.
