Scope on Rifle Not Working After Graphics Changes?

Hey all, I tried changing some of my graphics settings because the characters in my cutscenes got all pixelated. After changing them from some custom setting that was auto set when I started (Which apparently were not the default settings?) I can no longer see inside the scope of my rifle. It is just black, with spots of light if I move up toward the sun or something. Not sure which setting this or if this is a bug.

Current Computer Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-9700
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (Updated to Newest Driver)
RAM: 32 GB

Oof, luckily my gameplay overall has been smooth up until I tried changing my settings.

Did you find a fix / did it fix itself? I just had this happen after booting the game up without changing anything from my previous session, except as well as the scope, I have noticed some textures in the environment have just been replaced with black as well

Rebooting did nothing for some reason the next day it was all good 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️

Managed to fix it by replacing the existing Oodle file with this one:

Either that, or it's just a massive coincidence.
