I don't want to play like that. Really hope somebody will find a fix.

happens in very few places, and sometimes reloading or changing video options fixes it. im reinstalling because I couldnt pinpoint what was the issue. seen it like 3-4 times.
Yeah I get the same thing. It's completely random, but restarting the game fixes it. Shows up in cutscenes sometimes which is extremely annoying.
So this glitch destroys everything, is like seeing the numbers in the matrix.
Yeah, Im very used to troubleshoot almost everything. This? I never had weird looking textures, or havent read many issues, apart from faulty gpu's or drivers, which I rule out.
Im reinstalling but...dont really know what to try to fix it. Restarting or changing settings fixes it, so Im afraid its up to developers to fix it.
I also tried messing with the options, like turned off ray trace and went down to medium graphics settings and nothing worked me so far.
If you good with the re download do tell please :D
Open the Steam client > Go to LIBRARY.
Locate and right-click on the Last of Us Part 1 game.
Click on Properties > Select GENERAL from the left pane menu > Type -dx11 under the Launch Options.
Now, go back and launch the game. If prompted, click the radio button next to the Play option of Last of Us Part 1.
Hope it helps
but a workaround, cause afaik, and im not very knowledgeable on this, using dx11 cuts some features., graphical wise. Generally many games can get better fps or fix issues with dx11 prompt, which I used myself, but at the cost of worse graphics. All in all, using an older directx is not an improvement.
so yeah, good workaround, but devs should fix-fix this.
Although my render got set down to 720p, i had to change that back.
