RTX 4090 - How's the performance for you?
I've got it on the default settings which is Ultra in 4k and It jumps around from 100 + fps to sometimes even in the high 60's. My main issue tho is that the fps doesn't seem to match the gameplay. It doesn't feel like I'm playing at 100fps it's more like 30.

It's an horrendous port when it takes an RTX 4090 to run half decently. I've not tweaked the settings so maybe I can get it to where I want it but overall Sony have messed up badly with this.

RTX 4090, 2560x1440, 32Gb RAM, 10Gb for shaders, no DLSS:
95 FPS in game, 120-140 FPS in cut scenes, 65-70 in heavy fog or smoke

Running great with a 13700k, 4090, and 32gb DDR5 6000Mhz at 5120x1440 max settings no DLSS and averaging 100fps with it going down to 80fps in intense situations.

Got a Ryzen 9 7950x with 64GB DDR5 6600 a Gen 4 PCIE NVME and a 3080Ti running this game on almost max without any issues at 4K. The worst part of the game was letting the shaders load which took 10-15 minutes for me which I just went and ate breakfast for that and after I have had no issues or frame rate drops. Just played about 6 hours worth and am taking a break.

Im not sure what issues people are having other than the shaders taking way longer than normal the game runs smooth for me.

Running Left Behind at 4K @ 120 with DLSS to Quality on a RTX 4090 with a i7-13700k , I left it compile shaders for around 15 min

Game is buttery smooth with the occasional dip to 105~110 fps staying on the VRS window, I did had some drops to the 90s when exploring the initial spore section on the pharmacy

max settings 4k dlss quality 4070 ti and crashing often.

DLSS on a 4090? lol, fail

12GB of vram and a tiny 192bit memory bus.

Lower your settings.

Are you serious about this? The maximum settings for 4K require 16 gigabytes of video memory, while the 4070 ti only has 12.

Anyone else getting very high CPU usage during gameplay? Not talking about shader compilation, that already finished.

In the first hour of the gameplay my CPU is 95% on all threads while my GPU is at %70-80.

Not sure what's going on I've never seen this.

You have a cpu limitation by the sounds of it. What are your specs?

That seems low imo, what cpu do you have? I think the cpu will be the bottleneck on a lot of systems.

Can confirm, im running literally double the pixel count at 5120x1440 and getting 100-120 with dips to 80, max settings no DLSS.

This game is a total cpu hog. I have 12700k and it runs at around 70% usage all the time, I have a 4090 and every time my fps drops below 100fps at 4K max settings, it's because of a cpu bottleneck. This is a perfect case DLSS 3 would help a lot.

Change your mouse polling rate down to 126 or 250 worked like a charm for my 4090
