imagine spending $300 on a console, then the games are obsolete after 3 years and you have to buy it again on a new console for another $400 because of inflation.

Remember the actual peasant race times, geforce4 pre steam days. We would prefer to play games on consoles because their pc ports were terrible or never right ibcs. I'm reminiscing those days :)

The game is heavily downgraded to run on your overpriced paperweight, so when they tried to unlock the game's true potential, they failed, because they have no experience in doing so, creating a game for an obsolete system is much easier.

This game wasn't even ported by naught dog but by iron galaxy which is known to bring broken ports on release.

PC ports have become a parody. You should expect bad performance with any AAA muti-platform port. Resident Evil 4 Remake is a diamond in the rough in the current PC AAA game release climate.

Then your 4090 broken there no way console the couldn't even handle 720p at stable 30fps can outperform a 4090.
