Dualshock 4 Support

Having some issues getting the native DS4 support to work. Controller works in steam, and works if I enable Steam Input (popping up a warning that certain features are disabled) but if I disable Steam Input, my DS4 inputs (connected by bluetooth) don't register in the game.

I do not have DS4Windows or any other controller programs running at the moment (also disabled some background apps like Parsec just in case they were doing any shenanigans, but no difference).

Might be the least of my issues if the performance is as bad as it is for some, but so far still compiling shaders so TBD on that front.

Did you a solution for it? I was badly surprised when a Sony game has such a terrible ds4 support.
