anyone else have the problem that the game doesnt start because of this sht...?? agility SDK wtf? windows problem? are there any solves??

DirectX12 Agility SDK requires certain Windows build versions and updates so it's best to not be on LTS or obsolete unsupported builds from 5 years ago.

but which build and is it updated ?

You can try:
Win+R > "WinVer" and type the build info here

Per MS devblog:
For Windows 10 Version 2004 and 20H2, the revision number should exceed or be equal to .789

Update your Windows OS. Note that latesst Windows 10 is 22H2 build 17045.2728.
