Said by someone who hasn't experienced the luxury and magnificence of an ultra-wide screen monitor.
32:9 ration at 5120x1440 res. Can't imagine anything better.
No, actually I can. The Samsung G9 which will be 32:9 ratio with 7680x2160 res.
For cutscenes it's an option in your display settings to turn off the black bars.
57" of glorious ultrawide!
I'm saving up for the next 5090 card, Intel (probably 15xxx by then), and that monitor.
Going to crank me out some games at double 4K resolution. :)
I love that you assumed I've never had.
More and more companies are releasing them... Widescreen will be a big thing. It's like the switch from 4:3 monitors to 5:4 16:9. It's coming.
Thanks I'll try that.
You either know or ya don't...
Just google best gaming monitor and most people agree it's the Dell Alienware AW3423DW
an UW Oled.
I have tried a lot of the top monitors and I can agree the Dell Alienware AW3423DW is the best sweet spot I have tried so far...
4k is awesome but I still prefer UW Oled.
