Game not optimized for Low End PCs
Played for ~1hr and received 'Please Wait' popup for 4 or 5 times and it stayed for like 1-6 minutes on different cut-scenes. Im using i5 9300H with NVIDIA 1650 and 16GB RAM which is close to minimum required specs but still higher.

That is understatement and it is even not working for the recommended spec.

i have a i5 11600 with a 3060 and i cant even start the dam game. The closest i got to starting it up was the first launch after purchase. It showed a spinning coin for a whole minute and crashed soon after. Couldnt even start up after that, just immediately went to the crash report:steamsad:

GTX 1080 TI. Game launches fine but whenever I move the mouse it stutters.

Here you can checkout how it is running on i5 9th gen with GTX 1650. Based on above comments it looks like 30series of GPU is suffering the most.

laptop 1650 is even worse than the 9 year old GTX 970
so its worse than low end

It's a ten year old game. There's no reason the required specs should be so high.

It's been remastered to suit higher end hardware, graphics are massively better and requires a bit of umph! to run it well

i5 9th Gen, fair chance it is a Quad Core with HT for 8 threads...

I might have to fire my GTX 970 and see how it runs. It only has a 3rd Gen i7, but I would expect it to be able to keep up well enough with a 9th Gen i5.
