did you update from windows 10 or is it a fresh install? maybe some issues or regkeys left behind from the update.... but i can only guess.

other than updating all the chipset and graphics drivers + having UEFI installed Windows with latest BIOS, i dont really have any tips for you

I have win 11, and it's working fine:
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22621.1483]

Update everything windows 11 asks you to. (so everything that is offered)
Then update your driver.
