Hair looks bad for me too.

EDIT: Restarting the game fixed it for me!!

Noticed this just now in my game and came to the discussions to see if anyone else was having the issue.

Guess it's not just me. Joel's hair will look good one second and then turn into blocks the next. Sarah's hair looks like thick spaghetti.

NOPE IVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIX THIS, literally just made a post my specs - rtx 3070 32gig ram xmp i9-11900k overclocked, an this game runs pretty rough for me, says im getting 90 plus an over at times, but the 99% lows ARE REALLY BAD makes the game feel like 20fps

Try restarting. That worked for me.
