This game "Plans to unlock in" vs "Will unlock in"

steam used to be pretty sure when the games will be unlocked. anybody notice this change in wording?

they changed it a while ago cause it's not always certain and unexpected delays happen so they did it to curb on the complaints about the wording

Probably to avoid publisher mistakes or platform issues. Games have launched late or sometimes Steam needs to be restarted to sync.

It's always up to the developer/publisher in the end when they press the release button. The time on the store page doesn't always match. I think it auto defaults to a specific time, like 6pm UK time or something if you didn't select a specific time and only the date. Some developers don't bother setting the time and just press the button when they want to release. That can sometimes be earlier or later than what the store page says.

It "planned" to unlock on March 3rd but "will" unlock March 28th.... lol sorry
