Optional Conversation "Pittsburgh alone and forsaken"

I cannot find all the optional conversation. I searched on the internet everything but i miss slil one. please help, it says 5/6 conversations.

The best thing to do is to watch a video for that area while you're playing the game. And you can go into the chapters to see what section you missed it at. There's a tricky one in the top floor of the library that can be hard to trigger. I'm not sure which one you're missing.
