Pop-up says I need to update GPU driver but it IS up to date, can't play anymore. Any fix?

Just got the game, played for a couple hours no issues, tried to launch it the next day and got a pop-up saying "out of date GPU driver detected". I'm certain my driver is up to date. The message also said to install driver version 101.4369 but the latest driver for my 7900xt is 23.7.2, which seems weird. It will still launch but it it runs at 1-2 fps and everything is red.

I've googled this and seen a lot of similar issues but none that had a fix for me. Hopefully someone here can help. Let me know if I need to provide any more info.
