Some textures are constantly flickering during the game
Hello, I decided to get myself The Last Of Us on PC today and everything seems great, but I have some black flickering textures that are kind of ruining the experience. It's mostly noticeable on Joel's shirt and it flickers all the time, even when I'm standing still. Not all textures are like that though, all the environment in the game looks perfectly fine, it seems like it's only the case when it comes to some character's textures (i.e. their skin or clothes). Did anyone come across this weird bug? If so, I'd really appreciate some help on fixing this issue. Here's my specs in case someone needs them:
- RTX 2070 Super
- i7 9700k
- 16GB RAM

Oh that's interesting, it showed to me that steam removed my link so I decided to take it off. I will put it back on

I'm having this exact same problem. Just got the latest patch 1.1, and downloaded all the newest drivers. I've got an RTX 2080, 5800x3D, Crosshair Hero Wifi VII, and 32GB Ram. Facial textures were also flickering, but now it is mostly just Joel's shirt like in that picture.

Yeah I don't know what could fix the issue, I also have the latest drivers and everything but the textures are just acting weird. I tried to play around in the settings but nothing seems to solve it. I guess we just have to wait and see until someone figures it out
Check your Nvidia driver version, it's most likely a beta version which got installed during a Windows Update without notifying that its updating the friggin drivers alongside!! However this happens because of Windows Insider program, even with Release Preview.

Anyways, to fix it just install the latest stable drivers from Nvidia's official website and you're good to go, atleast that's what fixed the issue for me. Also, to make sure Windows doesn't automatically update drivers to beta versions in the future, Enable the "don't update drivers" in gpedit.msc, there are some tutorials on the web on how to do so.
