I hope ND sues them for clearly stealing Ellie's likeness, what a hot mess of a game. There should be some kind of organization that handles A) the technical performance/reliability of a game when launched and B) make sure the game itself is even worth playing in the first place and not just a bunch of digital assets bought from Unity/Unreal storefronts and dumped onto a 3d map and then sold as a game.

At the same time though, didn't they kind of steal Ellen/Eliot Page's likeness when they created Ellie in the first place.
