1. Ensuring ample airflow inside your case. Have more intake fans than exhaust to have a positive pressure difference.
2. Increase fan speed.. have the fans for the case and GPU run at 100% and see what the temps are when gaming.
3. Reduce your ambient temperature in the room by running an AC if you live in a place that gets very hot in summer.
As long as the GPU temp is below 80C you are fine. I have a 4090 FE and temps go up to 77/78 at times which varies depending on the game but 70s on load for the GPU is definitely normal.
