Game stutters/frame drops after sometime
Playing for an hour and a half and it runs smoothly. After sometime, the game experiences frame drops from 30 fps to 23-22 fps always. It always frame drops when some action is done (picking collectibles, moving the ladder, shooting) RAM usage is at 75% which is equal to 12,200 GB of 15.8 GB (16 GB) RAM. CPU and GPU temperature ranges between 60-70 degrees celsius so I can say that the laptop components are not thermal throttling. Any ideas what causes this? Is this a problem with the game?

taskmanager CPU load?
- AWCC or SmartScan anywhere in the top?

60%-75% usage for CPU while 40%-50% for the GPU.
And by the way, I’ve noticed the same thing in the game, something is causing performance to degrade the longer you play, and it usually happens at times where it doesn’t make sense, like nothing super demanding on-screen is the culprit but it still happens. Never found any fix for the problem though.

Could it be a memory leak or CPU bottleneck?

More than likely a memory leak. Performance loss over time usually happens when programs bloat up. The thing is that it may be caused by a secondary source like an overlay that is hooking into the game.

Considering how buggy the games that came out this year are...well, you know that the issue will take a lot of time to research and fix (and you are on your own lol)!

try a memory cleaner like "emptystandbylist" or this tool mentioned in this discussion.
