Normal is pretty easy. Hard or higher is the way its meant to be played. That's true survival.
instakill as in fatality or qte? then no hard diff for me XD I like more trading hits xD
so hard is ok to yolo combat approach?
No QTE. When you get grabbed you die.
While I never liked instakill mechanics in games and think they equal to bad, simple design / balance, it is what it is.
So maybe best approach for me could be a yolo run in normal, and then a more stealthy run in hard, hopefuly still being able to go arms blaze here and there :P
Overall you can mostly play the way you want as long as you have the ammo for it.
Since its more of a matter of having ammo....is it limited? Can I farm or do something to have more ammo so I can go guns blazing?
Depends on difficulty. Harder difficulties will spawn less ammo. You will also need to search more than you would if you had used a stealth approach. There is also a capacity on how much ammo you can hold per weapon.
There is also a possibility that mods will be made that will give more ammo/knives.
