Well of course! No way the games you listed are real games. I mean everyone knows the only company that makes "real" games is sony. Like... DuuuUUUHHHhhh.
Haha not really. It's really only in the last year have i seen games start using more than 16gb (total PC usage) and i play pretty much all the new latest AAA games. As of now and in the future 32gb will become the new standard, which some people are just gonna have to accept if they wanna play at a resolution higher than 1080p. In about 3-4 years you will start seeing 64gb being recommended for 4k ultra. Generally standards go up every new console generation.
New standard for 1440p ultra is an 6c12t CPU, 32gb RAM, and a 2070/6700. 4k ultra is a step higher. You can play with lesser hardware at those resolutions but you may need to use DLSS or FSR to play at a decent fps.
