TLOU1 on PC pricing complainers
Let's start with something obvious, this game is considered a cinematic perfection with some early 2010s zombie-era. Some might be arguing about the DLC being a total bore, or the sequel being very bad.

However,
While the game does not include factions mode, it coming to PC for the first time, a new experience to everyone, I don't see an issue with it being fully priced as it is an added value to the gaming community, modding community, meme community, SFM community, and hardcore zombie fans. Some of toaster users kinda give the vibe that they are too poor to even buy a game they like or even need to buy it to validate their choice of platform, be it console or launcher wars.

TLOU1 is well worth the price.

People attack this game for the weirdest reasons in all honesty.
The game did not come out 10 years ago, it is made from the ground up and not even that old, barely 1 year since the remake was made.

You would enjoy the game if you are:
-into Zombie games.
-into Resident evil games but with better story and puzzles.
-into teenager love flicks.
-into dad simulators.
-not poor.
-supporting the game so more playstation exclusives get released on steam, i.e. bloodborne and demon souls are the end game.

Personally, I played the this game before but I really want to see more people get to experience the game on itself before judging it from its sequel and DLC by being -phobes as this game made the groundwork for many other hits to flourish.
Why do people like you shill for a game this hard,Its so weird to defend such a high price for an already made game that almost everyone has played or knows how the ending goes, and it doesnt even have the multiplayer. This game should be max $40

Demon's souls is already on PC and judging by the quality of the Netflix adaptation that's how I will want Bloodborne as well.

I'm not attacking the game. I'm sure it'll be good. Wouldn't have wish listed otherwise.
Their game, they can price it how ever they want, obviously.

I'm happy to wait until the price is comes down to one I find acceptable.
Other people will obviously make their own decisions.

Its one of the best games that is coming to PC. Such game is worth 60€ especially now it got a remake. It also includes the dlc along with tons of new stuff that you couldnt find in previous remasters. Not to mention some people havent played the game yet. Also the show is coming out so people that never heard of the game will see the show and if its gonna be good, there is a huge chance people will buy it, boosting its sales.
It is just a run of the mill third person zombie shooter with excellent story. It is not revolutionary

Basically the bottom line is that the game has been played through, lets played, and rehashed literally countless times. The story alone, is not enough to justify the price, and that's just the way it is.

As my earlier comment said, if the game had at LEAST factions, one might be able to gaslight themselves *Myself included* into thinking it's worth the full price, but it really isn't, especially when Naughty Dog can't even be bothered to bug fix and polish Factions for PC.

Honestly i do not see any justification for The Last of Us """Part 1""" going full price. Sure they've made enhancements but bruh, it's literally the same game.

As someone who loved the story, and bought a PS3 specifically for The Last of Us "Part 1", back in 2013, one of my biggest hangups is that we REALLY couldn't get Factions for PC?

Not only should it have not taken this long to get the game on PC, but we're expected to pay $60 and we don't even get the replay value of Factions?

♥♥♥♥ that

Don't you feel kinda like a clown for buying a console on it's last year to play one game?

I can wait for the price to drop. It's not like I can't already play it.
Best I can do is $10

What's funny, is people are complaining that it's 'only' $60 where it's $70 on PS5, so it's a 'slap in the face' or whatever other silly expression they wanna use.

No, why would i? There was no news or even rumors of a remaster coming to PS4 at that point, and that was the last console i owned anyways. I never got a PS4 and probably won't be getting a PS5, all the games i want are on PC lol.

Doesn't seem silly to me to buy a console for a game......that is console exclusive........especially when i beat the game in a day and returned the console to the store and got my money back lmao. I did the same thing with an Xbox 360 back when State of Decay came out and was a console exclusive.

I ended up getting gifted another PS3 later that year anyways when GTA 5 came out, and i still had my copy of The Last of Us from when i bought it when it came out, so i was able to enjoy Factions. I'd say i made out pretty good all things considered.

Yeah keep telling yourself that, you are free to do what you want with your money but I wont pay 60 bucks for such an old game with "improved visuals" when I know is gonna come out broken and buggy like every other remake

woah at least this guy admitted we are getting less for paying more for a nearly decade old game. good on you mate. most don't even touch that subject

bro even the original was only worth it for one playthrough. the only reason I bought the game - I usually rented my games back when I had a console before buying them - after a steep sale, was the mp which they cut out in order to force a f2p battlepass/mtx infested seperate game

You still have a little Sony still left on the side of your mouth.

and? if this was EGS exclusive people would cry they are missing out on some experience (metro games) or cry when it comes full price like hitman 3. This game is built from the ground up for PC, the port isn't even made by Naughty Dog as they are utilizing experienced team and working on their other titles like TLOU3, factions 2, and an unnamed title.

The game is well worth full price, in fact it should have come at $70 price tag due to Biden's inflation but instead people are arguing about how to skim the game out when they would be modding it like crazy.
