There are usually a handful of these posts each time a game releases that has the phrasing.
This is so unbelievably clear in what it's saying. There really isn't any other way to read it. The OP for this post just asked a really dumb question. How at all could the OP get, "this game is only in Japenese" from what it says?
@danielg , totally agreed, it should have said that. Don't get why that other dude is exaggerating for, clearly a bit confused.
because non of this silly "ALERT WARNING WARNING!! WEE WOO WEE WOO" messages do not appear on 99.9% of AAA titles.
Most of the time it means negative things like "VR Only" or "Does not support Keyboard"
This is not anime game nor anime show, idk why should anyone outside Japan care if this game does not have japanese son goku or naruto voices
You can only get Japanese interface/voice in Japan. Nothing confusing about that. Do you live in Japan? Then you can't get the Japanese interface or voice. Really, it might be impossible to make it any more clear than that.
