I understand that a 20 minute mode version will also be available, but what are the differences other than the free play schedule?
Is this 10-minute version positioned as more of a trial version?

Yes 10 minute version is a free demo version. The 20 mintues version will have more characters and weapons, and have more enemy types and bosses.

Is there any chance of the full version also having a 10min mode? The occasional super-short run sounds like it could be quite fun, on occasion.

Sorry for the confusion! It's the same game but updated. I had it up as a Demo for the "Going Rogue" event that Steam had since they required a Demo.
