Good agile PVP build?

I made it to c rank pretty much in heavy biped or tank build with dual shotguns/bazookas and the fast firing laser cannons. But now in c rank I'm getting wrecked by people flying around all over me with missiles and long range weapons or they get up in my face and destroy me. I can win sometimes but now that I'm c rank , mostly getting clapped.

Any recommendations on build/strategy?

If you're the kite type, the infamous Kiri Kite (a Japanese build) has distinguished itself many times in Singles tournaments. It can completely shutdown a lot of builds that are poorly made/piloted, but it still requires some finesse to out maneuver S Rank rushdown builds.

If you're the more cqc type, there's always Quad Shotgun. It's really more of a midweight, but it *is* fast and it's all about just Assault Boosting at the enemy with constant aggression.
