First Build
Double Ludlow is an interesting setup. The weapon description says Ludlow shines on double trigger builds, but it has such high recoil that the Ludlow doesn't seem to want to be paired with anything! Especially not itself. You need very high stability arms and even then, *nothing* can control the crosshair wobble of two Ludlow at once.
So it's just doomed to have accuracy issues and can't make the absolute most of its ideal range. Which is a bit of an issue since the main selling point of the Ludlow is that it has the longest range among the small machine guns. Does that mean it's bad? Well not entirely. It's still good up close. The problem is that the selling point of machine guns is supposed to be versatility. They're not quite as married to CQC as, say, shotguns and pistols. You can soft kite with them.
Ludlow competes with Etsujin and Chang-Chen and the Etsujin generally emerges the clear winner of the three because of one simple fact: No recoil problem. Its burst fire nature combined with low recoil to begin with causes it to self regulate, unlike the other two machine guns which shoot constantly without stopping. Getting more and more inaccurate the longer they are fired.
If you're going to pair machine guns, the Etsujin is just the best for it. AC's that use them are A Rank and S Rank worthy. Etsujin kites are very common and for good reason. That isn't to say Ludlow (or even Chang-Chen) are bad... the Etsujin's simply perform better. It's undeniable. Except in niche situations.
My conclusion has always been that the Ludlow is at its best if it has no other guns present to contribute to its recoil problem.
If I wanted to 'fix' this AC to my personal liking, I would get rid of the lefthand Ludlow and put on a HML-G3/P08SPL-06. Replace the 6pm with a Soup. Talbot is a decent FCS with the solo Ludlow's now solved recoil problem, but it's still more close range than long range. So I might put the Abbot FCS on there. Especially since I'm relying on the Ludlow to initiate a stagger when I am close up so I can land a melee punish with the Laser Slicer. I'd probably also replace the generator with a YABA. Which is honestly just a preference. It's extremely similar to to the VP-20C. They both can redline in the air and get an EN refund while hanging there. VP-20C gives a bigger refund... but YABA's refund happens sooner. Which I prefer.
I would also swap out Kasuar Legs for Mind Beta Legs and the Nacht Core for Mind Alpha. The AC loses some speed, going from a 382 to a 352, but that's still very agile while adding a massive boost to AP, stability, and defenses. Which the AC needs. After all, it's not a true kite. It *must* get aggressive to bring its melee weapon to bear when the time comes. Which inevitably means taking some hits to the chin.
Its fighting style is essentially to favor missile kiting until the opponents stagger bar starts to get full, then move in close for the kill. Using the Ludlow and RJ kicks to push the enemy over the ACS Strain line. It's not as constantly aggressive as, say, double pistols or something. It reflects the nature of the Ludlow. It can kite... until the time for kiting is over.

Second Build
Kinetic tank! A rare beast. Most tanks rely on the burst power of lasers to DPS check their opponents rather than stagger potential. It looks like it has most of what it needs to succeed though. I think you might have cooked with this one! Maybe! Then again I have a soft spot for submeta builds. I cope with the best of them.
I don't think I'd change any of the weapons at all. They're good choices (in my opinion) for what this AC is trying to do. Maybe a Morley instead of a Songbird.
To fit my personal tastes I'd get rid of Basho head and replace it with either Verrill (for the defenses) or VE-44B (for the scan prowess.)
Tian-Qiang arms do an excellent job of keeping the dual Attache stable but I'd probably swap them out for Tian-Lao arms. The defense and stability boost is considerable and the recoil control is still enough to keep the Attache's recoil under control.
Then I'd swap the Wrecker Core for Main Dish Core. A tiny bit of AP lost for big defensive and Stability gains.
This is an AC that, ideally, grabs life lead early with a lucky Soup. If that happens, it can force the opponent to fly into the teeth of its offense. If that doesn't succeed, it has to pursue with tank air kicks and the Soups and hope it can close the gap enough to bring the Attache's to bear.
It's more likely to catch up by cornering an opponent who has backed up all the way to one side of a map than by raw speed. So the window to grab life lead (and thus the momentum of the fight) is not quite as large as one might hope. It's why most tanks use big laser cannons. They can bet everything on one big shot. That said, there's definitely something here.
The Morley/Songbird is primarily either a stagger punish or a tool to discourage rushdowns. Plenty of Zim/Shielders or Pistoleros are going to zip in and try to win the stagger war, but even if they parry the Morley/Songbird attack the huge bullet clip and sustained fire from both Attache's should punish anyone pausing their movement to raise a shield.

Third Build
This is straight up a gundam. Haha. I have a cosplay build that looks almost exactly like this. Except I put the Explosive Thrower on my shoulder so that I can punch. The reason for this is so that when I get a stagger on the enemy, the punches will extend it. Opening up combo possibilities.
Combo three punches into an Explosive Thrower (which reloads fast enough to work even if the Explosive Thrower initiated the stagger to begin with) into a not true (but very likely to hit) charged laser rifle. It's a brutal punish if you're close enough when the stagger occurs.
